About Me

I am a PhD candidate in the Strategy Unit at Harvard Business School. My research explores how technology startups from around the world scale and why there are international differences in scaling. I draw inspiration from my prior policy work as a senior consultant and staff economist at the World Bank and White House and startup work as a co-founder, adviser, and board member. I completed my BA at Yale University and MPhil at the University of Cambridge. I was born in Kyiv and grew up outside of Philadelphia.
